It basically means the small local telephone company is charging more to connect the call than magicJack is willing to pay, so magicJack makes that calling area unavailable. Jim, There is windows soft phone for magicJack. It only exists for Android and iOS devices. Buy a device and it will work next time you physically connect the device via USB to your desktop or laptop windows or OSX computer. Plug in your phone to the device.
